DateTrack History error - in Oracle R12 apps

Problem

In Payroll or HRMS a user cannot click on the DateTrack icon on the toolbar.

When a user tries to click on the DateTrack, s/he gets the following error: 'APP-PAY-34954: DateTrack history is unavailable for this zone'




Solution

To fix this, change the profile 'DateTrack:Reminder' - for a specific user and set it to 'Always pop warning window'.

NB: Don't set this profile option at Site level.
